Our Story
Evercrest Resolution was founded on the belief that dispute resolution should be professional, accessible, and focused on practical outcomes. Litigation is not always the most effective path to resolving conflict. Mediation provides parties with the opportunity to communicate openly, evaluate solutions, and maintain greater control over the outcome of their dispute.
Our practice is dedicated to providing confidential, impartial, and fully remote mediation services for civil and business matters. Whether parties are referred by counsel or seek mediation directly, Evercrest Resolution is committed to creating a structured environment where meaningful dialogue can lead to informed and lasting agreements.

Darren Gipson, BS, MLS, MDR
Founder & Mediator
Darren Gipson is the founder of Evercrest Resolution and a professionally trained mediator dedicated to helping attorneys, businesses, and individuals resolve civil and commercial disputes through confidential, impartial, and effective mediation.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master of Legal Studies, and a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.
Darren combines advanced legal and dispute resolution education with a practical, client-centered approach that emphasizes professionalism, preparation, and productive communication. His goal is to help parties reach informed, lasting agreements while avoiding the uncertainty, expense, and stress often associated with prolonged litigation.
